Business Administration with Labour and Civil Law Qualification

Professional human resource management demands more than just good people knowledge. Above all, employees who also possess legal knowledge along with the business aspects are demanded in this field. The study option business administration with labour and civil law qualification is therefore supposed to give business students the chance to specially qualify for human resource management through a deepening of their knowledge in this field. The specialisation in this field takes place in the Hauptstudium (graduate studies) after completion of the Vordiplom (academic certificate at the end of undergraduate studies). Students take, in addition to the regular business subjects, courses in the fields – private law, labour law, social law, as well as personnel and labour law in practice.
