Jonas Ronellenfitsch completed his Bachelor in General Management at EBS University of Economics and Law with a semester abroad at Singapore Management University. He earned a Management Master focusing on Operations at the University of Mannheim with a semester abroad at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg. His master thesis on negotiation imbalances in change management from a purchasing perspective was awarded the Best Economic Thesis Award of the Federal Association of German Economists and Business Economists and the Pro-Curement Award of the BME.

After his studies, he worked for an international strategy consultancy in procurement projects for automotive and mechanical engineering companies in Europe and Asia.

His research focuses on digitalization in procurement, especially distributed ledger technologies, process mining and sourcing of software.
