Louis Vandepoele was awarded with the Ernst-Blickle-Study-Award of the SEW-EURODRIVE-Foundation

We are very happy to announce that our colleague Louis Vandepoele has been awarded with the Ernst-Blickle-Study-Award of the SEW-EURODRIVE-Foundation for his master’s thesis on the topic of corporate misconduct. In his study, Mr. Vandepoele extended research on corporate misconduct by not only analyzing the negative impact of firm misconduct on the reaction of investors, but also investigating which organizational response strategies were most effective in alleviating this negative investor response to corporate misconduct.

The Ernst-Blickle-Study-Award of the SEW-EURODRIVE-Foundation is awarded annually to graduates of master’s studies in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering and business administration to honor outstanding master’s theses. Prerequisites for winning the study prize are content quality and a strong scientific contribution as well as other factors, such as an appropriate timeframe for the master’s thesis or linking different disciplines within the study.
