The thesis is aimed at answering the question of how individual's moral foundations might relate to extreme political ideologies and how respective discourses can be influenced to be more constructive. To do so, the student will apply text mining to texts of debates and analyze the effectiveness of a digital solution (the Open Mind App) in fostering mutual understanding and reducing extreme polarization.
