Webinars and online student counseling have become popular tools in the university landscape. Online study program fairs however are not as common yet. The University of Mannheim, Business School, has recognized the potential of the format early on and is hosting already for the fifth time an online event on March, 14 – this year with a newly developed platform. But this is not the only new feature. As the name “Online Experience Days” suggests, the event will take place over several days, providing an opportunity to get to know different study programs over a course of five days – almost as if you were in Mannheim.
Those who are particularly interested in the the study programs of the University of Mannheim, Business School should mark March 14 in their calendar. The format is easily explained: Following the free registration for the Online Experience Days, it will only take a few clicks to be able to get a good idea of the offered Bachelor’s and Master’s programs of the Business School, as well as insights into the campus life in Mannheim – no matter whether you are at home or on the go. During the day, representatives of the University and students will be available to answer upcoming questions in each of the specific study program chats, for example regarding the application process. Staff of the Admissions Office will also take part. Beyond that you can find helpful information and explanatory videos on the online platform. Relevant material can be saved in a personal download folder via a “like” button, which remains active also some time after the event.
