Prof. Edinger-Schons at the next Mannheim Urban Thinkers Campus

During the upcoming Mannheim Urban Thinkers Campus (24–26 October), Prof. Edinger-Schons will give a keynote speech and host a workshop.

During the upcoming Mannheim Urban Thinkers Campus, Prof. Edinger-Schons of the Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility will give a keynote speech on the role and opportunities of the private sector in the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Moreover, in cooperation with the city of Mannheim, she will host a workshop on quantifying the private sector’s contribution in reaching these goals.

With the first Urban Thinkers Campus “Urban Citizenship in a Nomadic World” in 2016 and its concluding “Mannheim Manifesto”, Mannheim joined the discussion of the New Urban Agenda of the UN. This year’s Campus is aimed at creating a variety of concrete cooperation forms and projects for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals in Mannheim and the region. The Urban Thinkers Campus will take place for the third time in Mannheim from 24 to 26 October. For more information, please visit https://utc-mannheim.de/en/.
