Virtual event part of the AERA Annual Meeting 2023

On April 4 and 5, the final and virtual part of the annual meeting of AERA took place. From the Chair of Competence Development and Educational Quality, Maximilian Krötz and Viola Deutscher participated.

The virtual portion of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) annual meeting provided a platform for hundreds of presentations, roundtables, poster sessions, and symposia from AERA divisions, SIGs (special interest groups), and committees. In collaboration with the World Education Research Association and numerous other international organizations, the annual meeting not only presents research findings from around the world but also supports and promotes the global impact of education research.

As part of the event program, Maximilian Krötz assumed the position of Chair for the virtual paper session on Workplace Learning: The Effects of Training Quality on Learning Outcomes on May 4. The papers presented included the following:
