Introduction to the world of Big Data & Analytics

Module 1

June 24 - June 28, 2019

You have always wanted to gain deep insights in the world of „Big Data“, or you have asked yourself, “What even is Big Data”? And how does it influence our daily lives? Then you are in the right place. You will receive an introduction to the topic “Big Data”, learn how to use different analysis tools and methods, and discover what difficulties the field's industry and research face in regards to data safety and ethics.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Module 2

July 1 - July 5, 2019

The focus of this module is to supply students with a deep understanding of the foundations of entrepreneurship and practical tools to create ideas and start their own business. Light is also shed on competitive positioning and advantage, and strategic dimensions of recent developments in the market such as digitalization and their implications for new ventures and business models.
