Felix Ebert graduated from the University of Mannheim with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. During his Bachelor studies, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Following this, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Innovation and Industrial Management from the University of Gothenburg.
In his Master’s thesis “The effect of defaults on the adoption of digital radical and incremental innovations”, he examined how the use of deliberately set default options influences the consumers’ innovation adoption in the decision stage.
Felix Ebert gained hands-on experience in Marketing, Sales and Aftersales within international automotive companies, such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volvo.
Since August 2019, Felix Ebert works at Professor Kuester’s chair of Marketing & Innovation as a research fellow and doctoral student. He is particularly interested in consumer behavior in digital and innovative contexts.
