Carmen-Maria Albrecht is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Mannheim. Her research interests are primarily in consumer behavior, branding, and retail marketing. Further research areas are related to stress and coping mechanisms, CSR, luxury marketing, health marketing and marketing to children and adolescents. Methodically, her research is based on experimental studies and survey data.
Carmen-Maria Albrecht earned her Masters Degree and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. In 2008, she was a visiting scholar at Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. In 2009 she was a visiting Assistant Professor at Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and between September 2013 and August 2014 at Columbia Business School in New York.
