Business School appoints new Honorary Professor

Dr. Stefan Brunsbach has been honored for his achievements at the University of Mannheim, Business School.

Dr. Stefan Brunsbach, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has received the honorary professorship for his outstanding commitment to the Business School of the University of Mannheim. In the name of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Christoph Spengel (Dean for Student Affairs) handed him over the appointment certificate last Monday.

Prof. Brunsbach has been closely linked to Mannheim's Business School since his business studies in the years 1989 to 1993. In addition to his employment with PwC in the area of International Tax Services, he received his doctoral degree at the chair of Prof. (em.) Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Otto H. Jacobs. In the year of his doctorate, he was appointed partner at PwC, and is now a member of the PwC Global Board. Despite professional challenges, Brunsbach regularly produces scientific publications. Since 2010, he has also been involved in teaching and, among others, gives lectures in the Mannheim MBA as well as in the international Bachelor Study Option "International Business Education Alliance" (IBEA).
