Requirements

Students must have successfully completed the seminar MAN 741.
We also recommend attending the MAN 646 HR Analytics seminar especially if you are considering writing an empirical thesis.

Choice of Topic

If you would like to start working on your thesis, please contact Claudia Rossetti.

We provide support with finding a research question. However, you should have some first ideas which research field or broad research question you might be interested in. You may write your thesis in cooperation with a company.

Please consider that it may take up to 6 weeks to find a research question. After specifying the research question, the master thesis is registered at the students' office.
