
Smriti Kumar is a postdoctoral researcher at the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Endowed Chair at the University of Mannheim. Dr. Kumar’s current research focuses on behaviors related to consumers’ data privacy. She also conducts research on technology and its impact on consumer well-being.
Prior to joining the University of Mannheim, she worked as Visiting Assistant Professor at the Northeastern University in Boston. Dr. Kumar obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 2022. She enjoys teaching Marketing Research and Marketing Analytics among other courses.
