vostel.de is an online platform for volunteers and non-profits connecting individuals with charitable organisations in need of support. They are currently looking for a motivated student to tackle the question of how corporate volunteering affects the non-profit organizations the corporate employees join. How can the volunteering be best designed to benefit all involved parties?
To answer these questions, you will develop a survey using existing interviews and analyze the results. Michael Verbücheln will be the supervisor for this project.
