Svenja Tobies is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Sustainable Business. She holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim, Germany. Her research focuses on organizations and stakeholder engagement. Particularly, she is interested in investigating how grand challenges affect the way organizations are managed and how companies involve stakeholders to cope with that change.
