Our courses provide a profound understanding of the impact that strategic, tactical and operational decisions about the design and management of operations systems have on key performance indicators. Students will learn about predictive and prescriptive analytics methods such as linear programming or robust planning to make optimal decisions.  Further, these analytical methods will be implemented for various operations problems in Python. Throughout the course, students will work on case studies individually and in groups using standard business analytics tools. Guest lecturers from industry, consulting and academia enrich our courses. Field trips to worldwide leading manufacturers enable students to gain insights into operations systems and processes. They can relate their theoretical knowledge to practical decision support.
