Our goal as a chair team is excellence in research and teaching in the field of Information Systems. We have received several awards for this and are internationally renowned.
During your doctorate, you will be specifically prepared for a challenging career in science or practice. You will work on current, relevant topics, present work results at international conferences, gain practical teaching experience and have the opportunity to complete research stays at renowned universities abroad. You will also take on tasks within the department, such as managing our social media presence, strategic corporate partners or organizing workshops.
You will master this next step in your career in close cooperation with Prof. Dr. Jens Förderer and as part of a motivated, young team of doctoral students.

Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Enjoyment of scientific work
- Enthusiasm for economic and strategic issues relating to digital technologies
- Strong ability to work in a team
