Christian Kroll is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Sustainable Business and the international doctoral program ‘Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business’ of the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics. He holds a degree in Economics (MSc), Theology (Mag. Theol.) and an additional special diploma in Business and Social Ethics from the University of Münster as well as a Master of Science in Management (MSc) from Durham University (UK). His main research interests are collective business decision-making, stakeholder democracy, multi-rational competence as well as business ethics.
