Course Outline

The course provides practical knowledge on communicating and establishing business model innovations (BMI) in family firms & entrepreneurial firms. Students craft a video campaign, website, campaign plan, and business plan for their BMI via artificial intelligence.

Learning Outcomes

After the course, students will:
- Understand the fundamentals of BMI in a highly connected world.
- Be able to discuss the impacts of digitalization & AI on contemporary enterprising.
- Be able to (re-)design & iterate BMIs using classical & AI tools.
- Be able to craft a B-to-C campaign including short videos, webpage, and a campaign & business plan with AI tools.
- Be able to use presentation-, AI-, and videomaking-tools to illustrate a BMI.
