Leon Shala completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) and his Master's degree in Business and Economics Education at the University of Konstanz. During his Master's studies, he worked as a research assistant in empirical educational research. He spent semesters studying abroad in Seville and Riga. Additionally, he completed further training in Systemic Coaching and Change Management at the INeKO Institute of the University of Cologne. Since September 2026, he has been a research associate at the Chair of Business and Economics Education – Design and Evaluation of Instructional Systems at the University of Mannheim.
