Chair of Organization and Innovation
Prof. Dr. Karin Hoisl
The Chair of Organization and Innovation is dedicated to the further development of organizational theories and organizational design – especially at the interface with innovation management. In addition, we support students in developing a critical understanding of economic interrelationships in the areas of organization and innovation to prepare them for future organizational challenges in a global competition.
Our research approach is quantitative-empirical, international-comparative and combines theoretical approaches from economics and behavioral sciences. Data analysis with sophisticated quantitative and qualitative methods enables the derivation of causal results.
