The key objective of the firm is to create value – how do operations leaders help? Through building the infrastructure to make better decisions, good planning, better functional integration, and decreasing complexity.


Target Job Profiles

With a broad mix of management concepts and state-of-the-art analytics content, our course programme prepares students for a variety of potential target jobs, such as

  • Management functions in organizations (with a focus on OM/SCM up to the COO or also general management functions for which an understanding of operations is useful);
  • General Management Consulting;
  • Operations Consulting in Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Service Operations, Procurement, Product Development, Project Portfolio Selection, Sustainability, etc. (see e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney);
  • A doctorate in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
