Research focuses on teaching-learning processes (analysis of the effects of teaching and learning in the context of vocational schools, workplace learning, higher education) and on professional development (analysis of the development of professionalism and expertise in non-institutionalized contexts, workplace learning). These fields of research address the potential fields of activity of prospective business education teachers (workplace, vocational schools and in-company initial and continuing vocational training). In teaching and research, we strive for a comprehensive involvement of students and pursue the goal of research-based learning.
