Christian Mayer received his bachelor's degree in Economic and Business Education with a minor in political science from the University of Mannheim in 2017. Christian then began a master's degree in Economic and Business Education in Mannheim and is currently at the end of his studies. During his studies Christian worked as a tutor for the course “Instructional Design for Economic and Business Education II” for master students. He also worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Economic and Business Education - Workplace Learning (Prof. Dr. Andreas Rausch).
Since December 2019, Christian has been working as a research assistant at the Chair for Professional Teaching and Learning (Prof. Dr. Jürgen Seifried) and, in addition to his teaching and research activities, Christian also works in the study program management of Economic and Business Education. In his free time, Christian volunteers for the student initiative “Studenten-bilden-Schüler e.V.” in the Mannheim site management.
