Prof. Dr. Hartmut Höhle
Hartmut Höhle holds the chair of Enterprise Systems and is head of the Management Analytics Center. Previously, he was an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
The main thrust of his research is to understand how firms can design, implement and use enterprise systems to support employees and service customers. In the past, he has particularly focused on the design of enterprise systems that can be used to deliver services and products through omni-channel environments
