Short bio
Since August 2023, Floris Scherb works as a Researcher at the Chair in Business and Economic Education – Technology Based Instructional Design at the University of Mannheim. Mr. Scherb has obtained his bachelor’s degree in business and Economic Education, with an elective subject in Business Informatics. Currently, he is enrolled in the master program Business and Economic Education with the same elective subject at the University of Mannheim. He is currently enrolled in the master program Business and Economic Education with the same elective subject at the University of Mannheim.
At present, Mr. Scherb is involved in the Project titled “KISMET-AI: recommending courses for continuing education with the KISMET-AI”. Mr. Scherb’s research interests include recommender systems, large language models (LLM) based recommender systems, and prompt engineering.
