Jan Kleinhans joined the Chair of Digital Marketing and Marketing Transformation at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Mannheim in November 2022 as a research assistant/
He studied Economics (B.Sc.) and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Analytics (M.Sc.) at Goethe University Frankfurt. He also completed a semester abroad at San Diego State University in the US. In his master thesis he dealt with the relevance of “Top-Reviewer” badges for the information quality and quantity of online product reviews.
During his studies, Jan gained experience as an intern at several well-known global management consultancies and in market research. Most recently, he worked as a senior consultant at a leading strategy consultancy.
