Our research activities are diverse and cover the areas of tax planning, tax transparency and tax aspects of digitalization and innovation. We also examine the competitive effect of taxation in the context of European integration.

Guest Lectures

More than 400 guest lectures in Germany and abroad

In recent years, Professor Spengel has given numerous lectures on tax issues in Germany and abroad at scientific conferences, meetings and workshops. The lectures include presentations of current research projects and results as well as presentations and analyses of (inter-)national taxation systems. Contributions to current tax political discussions are part of the portfolio as well.
