Dr. Jonas Ronellenfitsch completed his Bachelor's degree at EBS University of Business and Law with a semester abroad at Singapore Management University. He earned a master's degree in management with a focus on operations from the University of Mannheim with a semester abroad at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg. His master's thesis on negotiation imbalances was awarded the Best Economic Thesis Award of the Federal Association of German Economists and Business Economists and the PRO-curement Award of the BME.
He successfully completed his doctorate on the influence of digitalization on operations processes and strategies in 2023. In this, he conducted research based on industry data sets, primarily on blockchain solutions in the supply chain, the use of process mining in large operations data sets, and the sourcing of software. In addition to his work as a project manager for an international strategy consultancy, he supports the Endowed Chair of Procurement as an adjunct researcher.
