Jona Frroku obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana, Albania, and her Master’s degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she worked full-time as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for developing sales strategies and managing marketing activities. During her studies, she also gained experience in auditing through an internship at Deloitte, as well as in customer engagement and storytelling while working as a student assistant at SAP.
For several years, Jona worked as a student assistant in the marketing area at the Chair of Quantitative Marketing and Consumer Analytics at the University of Mannheim. Since February 2026, she has been a doctoral candidate at the same chair.
