Tim completed his dual bachelor’s program at the DHBW Mannheim in 2019. During his following gap year, he worked full-time as a digital marketing manager, responsible for e-commerce and ad campaigns.
He joined the Mannheim Master in Management program in 2020, with a focus in marketing and a minor in management. During his Master’s studies, Tim spent a semester at the Catolica Porto Business School in Portugal. Furthermore, he completed multiple internships in the automotive industry including at OEMs and in consulting.
Since September 2024, Tim is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Quantitative Marketing and Consumer Analytics. As such, he follows the Marketing Track of the structured PhD program administered by the Center of Doctoral Studies in Business at the University of Mannheim. His research interests are primarily in mobility transformation and -decarbonization, such as EV adoption.
