This special issue aims to address the practical and theoretical implications of digital knowledge engineering. Following an interdisciplinary approach, we aim to bring together the fields of information systems, marketing, and strategic management. We welcome theoretical (mathematical, conceptual literature review) or empirical contributions (e.g., experimental research, case study contributions, in-depth interviews, meta-analyses) that advance our knowledge of turning data knowledge engineering into effective strategies. We encourage contributions that integrate findings from different fields of research.
