Learning Agreements
The recognition of examination achievements achieved abroad at other institutions of higher education in Information Systems takes place for each individual course. The contextual equivalence of courses attended abroad must be proven by the student.
Depending on the degree program, Learning Agreements can be issued as a substitute for an equivalent Mannheim module (called “Direct Learning Agreements” at the WIM Faculty) and Learning Agreements as an “International Course” for a foreign course which has no Mannheim equivalent (called “Indirect Learning Agreements” at the WIM Faculty).
Students in the MMM can find information on course recognition and learning agreements here; M. Sc. students in business education will find them here. The business school’s undergraduate and double degree students will be informed directly by the dean’s office.
The process of course recognition and learning agreements is now centralized at the dean's office. Please therefore contact the responsible person at the Dean’s Office of the Business Administration Faculty directly by mail.
