Oliver Borchers holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in SME management from the University of Siegen. Currently he is working as a PhD candidate at the Chair of Marketing & Innovation of Prof. Sabine Kuester.
His research focusses on applying and advancing algorithms from machine learning to solve marketing problems. Currently he is working on a method to derive insights from User-Generated-Content (e.g. product reviews) over time using advanced text-mining techniques.
