Lukas Miedzinski studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He completed his Master's degree at the Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University of Kaiserslautern-Landau with a focus on marketing, innovation management and environmental economics.
In his Master's thesis “Smart Service Failure and Recovery”, he investigated how consumers react to errors made by service robots and how the effects of recovery options differ from services with human service employees.
He gained practical experience in management consulting, particularly in the areas of start-ups and business development. He also worked as a student research assistant at the TU Kaiserslautern.
Since January 2024, he is working as a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Marketing & Innovation of Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuester. His research interests include consumer behavior, artificial intelligence in marketing and digital marketing.
