Anna Neumer successfully completed her dissertation project

Anna Neumer successfully defended her thesis titled „The best of both worlds? How employees shape well-being and performance in hybrid work arrangements“ on August 07. She stays on at the University of Mannheim as a postdoctoral researcher in Sabine Sonnentag's lab.
