We are proud to announce that our colleagues Himani Singh and Leo Schmallenbach have recently received the 2022 Best Interdisciplinary Paper Award by the Graduate School of Economics and Social Sciences (GESS) at the University of Mannheim. The award recognizes outstanding papers and innovative projects of doctoral students in business that foster interdisciplinarity. Himani and Leo have been awarded for the paper „Knowledge recombination in teams with women versus men stars“, co-authored with our alumni Dr. Mona Reber. The paper combines arguments from sociology, social psychology and innovation management with large-scale econometric analyses. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement!
