AECT (Association for Educational Communications and Technology) is the premier organization for those actively involved in the design of instruction and a systematic approach to learning. We provide an international forum for the exchange and dissemination of ideas for our members and for target audiences.
The AECT Distance Education Book Award was awarded for the open access edited volume „Global Perspectives on Educational Innovations for Emergency Situations“ which collected 31 chapters from international scholars in response to emergency situations in learning and teaching. Since its publication, the book has been accessed by more then 75.000 readers.
