The invitations to the graduation ceremonies will be sent out via email in May 2027.
All students who are still enrolled at the time the invitations are sent will receive an invitation via their university email address. If you are about to complete your studies and will no longer be enrolled in May, you can provide your private email address here to receive the invitation by email.

When will the invitations be sent out?
The invitations to the graduation ceremonies will be sent out in May.

If we are unable to send you the invitation by email, we will send it by post to the home address we have on file.
Who will be invited?
Bachelor Business Administration: All those who are studying in at least the 5th semester and have completed at least 120 ECTS in April 2027 will automatically be invited. Those who have graduated since the last ceremony and did not take part in the ceremony in 2026 will be automatically invited as well.
MMM: All those who have completed at least 90 ECTS in April 2027 will automatically be invited. Students who have 84 ECTS or more will also be invited, provided the Master's thesis registration has already been booked in the Student Services. Those who have graduated since the last ceremony and did not take part in the ceremony in 2026 will be automatically invited as well.
Bachelor Economic and Business Education: All those who are studying in at least the 5th semester and have completed at least 135 ECTS in April 2027 will automatically be invited. Those who have graduated since the last ceremony and did not take part in the ceremony in 2026 will be automatically invited as well.
Master Economic and Business Education: All those who have completed at least 90 ECTS in April 2027 will automatically be invited. Those who have graduated since the last ceremony and did not take part in the ceremony in 2026 will be automatically invited as well.
Where will the invitations be sent?
All students who are still enrolled at that time will receive the invitation via their university email address.

If we are unable to deliver the invitation via email, we will send a postal invitation to the home address we have on file.
I have not yet completed my studies at the time of the ceremony. Can I still attend?
Anyone who has received an invitation and registered by the deadline may participate.
