Career Program acadeMIA Launches in May – Applications Now Open

Running from May 2026 to May 2027, participants work through four phases covering topics such as well-being and conflict management, career planning, academic publishing, and grant writing. A core component of the program is tandem partnerships, designed to sustain peer exchange beyond the program itself. The program is conducted in English.

Applicants are preferably at an early stage of their doctoral research and motivated to invest in their personal, professional, and academic growth. The program is explicitly open to individuals with caregiving responsibilities, disabilities, and first-generation academics.
