COBRA is an independent research center at the University of Mannheim, dedicated to advancing evidence-based insights into how economic policy and regulation shape firms, markets, and society. Its mission is to support better-informed decision-making through rigorous empirical research.
Your Responsibilities:
You will support the development of COBRA’s communication and social media presence and contribute to shaping its outreach strategy. Your tasks include:
- Assisting in the development of a social media strategy
- Creating and publishing content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Designing visuals and editing images and videos
- Supporting event communication (e.g., conferences, seminars)
- Contributing to newsletter creation and general communications activities
Your Profile:
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student (preferably in a relevant field)
- Interest in social media, communication, and academic outreach
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and spoken German and English
