COBRA is an independent research center at the University of Mannheim, dedicated to advancing evidence-based insights into how economic policy and regulation shape firms, markets, and society. Its mission is to support better-informed decision-making through rigorous empirical research.

Your Responsibilities:
You will support the development of COBRA’s communication and social media presence and contribute to shaping its outreach strategy. Your tasks include:

  • Assisting in the development of a social media strategy
  • Creating and publishing content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Designing visuals and editing images and videos
  • Supporting event communication (e.g., conferences, seminars)
  • Contributing to newsletter creation and general communications activities

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student (preferably in a relevant field)
  • Interest in social media, communication, and academic outreach
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and spoken German and English
