Global Innovation Challenge: Our new course “Sourcing Excellence” has started

The new course “OPM 693 Sourcing Excellence” took place as part of the Global Innovation Program. In this 2-week block course, Matthias Schlipf and Christoph Bode and the 37 participants from almost 20 different national backgrounds discuss the sales/procurement interface from various angles. Participants will learn how to set up and manage sourcing projects while considering the broader business environment and strategic direction of the organization. The course is complemented by talks from high-caliber guest speakers and seven exciting company projects, which are tackled in teams in the second week of the course.
