Guest lecture – Dr. Gerhard Mersmann, City of Mannheim
On Friday, 15th February 2019 (10:15 am – 11:45 am), Dr. Gerhard Mersmann, head of human resources and organization at the city of Mannheim, gave a guest lecture in our bachelor course “Introduction to Public Management.” Dr. Mersmann presented on public service and leadership as well as modernization and change management.
