One particularly thought-provoking takeaway concerned the role of artificial intelligence in simulation and problem-solving:
“AI enables us to develop better solutions faster. But what is the benefit of AI understanding a system if we no longer understand it ourselves?”
Prof. Dr. Spieckermann also shared personal reflections on entrepreneurship and leadership, emphasizing that the conditions for founding a company in Germany are better than ever. He highlighted the value of having a co-founder with whom to exchange ideas on equal footing and noted that gaining experience in a large corporation before founding a company can offer an additional valuable perspective.
