New network simplifies applications for international master’s programs

B2M network consists of six international business schools

B2M – Bachelor-to-Master: just as the title implies, the newly established B2M network is an alliance of six renowned business schools around the world. The aim is to encourage Bachelor students from the member universities to apply for the renowned Master’s programs within the network.

Founding members of the B2M network include ESSEC Business School (France and Singapore), IE Business School (Spain), HKUST Business School (Hong Kong, China), Smith School of Business at Queen's University (Canada), the Business School of the University of Mannheim and the Warwick Business School (Great Britain). All business schools offer high-quality Master of Science programs in business administration and are internationally accredited.

The network has now launched the B2M program. Each partner university guarantees its own students by being nominated for the program that they will be waived application fees for a master’s program or guaranteed admission to the personal interview selection rounds at the partner universities involved. This simplifies the application process. Bachelor's students who are about to graduate can apply for the so-called B2M Passport. If the application is successful, they can enclose this ID after applying for a master’s program at the universities within the network.

Every year, 20–30 bachelor's students can benefit from the recommendation by the B2M Passport. This makes it easier for Mannheim students to access international master’s programs and increases the internationality of Mannheim students through foreign students.

The B2M program at the Business School of the University of Mannheim is aimed at enrolled bachelor's students in Business Administration and Business Education. Applications are possible from December 1st to December 31st.
