Prof. Dr. Bernd Helmig Appointed New Academic Director of the Mannheim Master in Management

Prof. Helmig holds the Chair of Business Administration, Public & Nonprofit Management. His research and teaching focus in particular on business-related issues in societal oriented service management in public and nonprofit organizations.

As Academic Director, Prof. Helmig aims to continuously develop the MMM together with students, faculty members, and others involved, ensuring that the programme remains forward-looking and well positioned to meet future challenges.

“The Mannheim Master in Management offers students the opportunity not only to acquire a strong foundation in business administration, but also to learn how to understand complex challenges, critically reflect on them, and address them responsibly. As Academic Director, I would like to contribute to creating the best possible conditions for our students to do so,” says Prof. Helmig.
