Strengthen Your Mental Resilience — Seminar Series as Part of the ENGAGE.EU Staff Academy

Studium Generale is once again offering a free online seminar series on mental health management this fall semester, and registration is now open.

The English-language workshops are aimed at students and staff of the University of Mannheim and take place as part of ENGAGE.EU's Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program and Staff Academy. The series kicks off on 19 October 2026 with two sessions led by Dr. Belinda Merkle and Ronja Steinhauser.

Five Sessions for Your Mental Health

The series offers evidence-based methods and practical tools for effective mental health management. Participants combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on exercises and leave with instruments they can use long-term in their studies, careers, and personal lives.

A total of five online seminars will take place in October and November 2026. The first two workshops on 19 October are titled “Essentials of Positive Psychology: Strengthen Your Well-being” and “Essentials of Behavior Change: Set and Achieve Your Goals.” Both are led by Dr. Belinda Merkle and Ronja Steinhauser, who are affiliated with the University of Mannheim.

Anyone who would like to register or learn more about the remaining sessions in the series can find all the information on the Studium Generale website.
