Conference of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB)

This year’s conference of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB) was held from June 12th to June 14th at the University of Rostock. Dr. Benedikt Englert and Martin Sievert were invited to present their research projects on „Goal importance congruence in nonprofit organizations“ and „Formalization and administrative burden as obstacles to employee recruitment?“.
