Congratulations to Dr. Boas Bamberger, former PhD student at the Chair of B2B Marketing, Sales & Pricing | Prof. Homburg, University of Mannheim, for being awarded the Wolfgang Ritter Prize 2022.
Within his dissertation, Mr Bamberger investigates the extent to which wage inequality weakens long-term economic growth and social cohesion. A central finding of the research is the short-term increase in a company's profitability through wage inequality. However, this initially positive effect of wage inequality disappears in the long run.
The Wolfgang Ritter Foundation has been promoting science and its institutions as well as young academics since 1970.
