Effective April 15, 2024, Prof. Theissen was appointed as a member of the Commission of Stock Exchange Experts (Börsensachverständigenkommission, BSK). The BSK is an independent panel of experts from business, regulatory bodies, interest groups, and academia, which advises the Federal Ministry of Finance on matters of capital market policy.
